How do I request a quote?
Add the products you need to your quote list as you browse, then submit the list with your project details. Our specialist team will respond with tailored pricing, usually within one working day.
Are your products independently tested?
Where applicable, we identify products independently tested under the Ministry of Justice Safer Cell Programme or by the Building Research Establishment under its Informed Choices programme. Products manufactured by ALS are also tested through our sister company, Lig-Safe, for ligature resistance, robustness and fitness for purpose.
Can I get technical datasheets?
Yes. Datasheets are available on each product page, and our team can supply full specification and installation documentation on request. See our Datasheets page.
Do you support full project schedules?
Yes. We support projects of every size, from a single product through to large scale new build and refurbishment schedules, working alongside architects, contractors, procurement teams and facilities managers.
Do you offer testing and audits?
