How do I request a quote?
Add the products you need to your quote list as you browse, then submit the list with your project details. Our specialist team will respond with tailored pricing, usually within one working day.
Are your products independently tested?
Where applicable, we identify products that have been independently tested under the Ministry of Justice Safer Cell Programme or by the Building Research Establishment under its Informed Choices programme. Products manufactured by ALS are also tested through our sister company, Lig-Safe, for ligature resistance, robustness and fitness for purpose.
Can I get technical datasheets?
Yes. Technical datasheets are available on each product page, and our team can supply full specification and installation documentation on request. If you need something in a particular format for a tender or specification, just ask.
Do you support full project schedules?
Yes. We support projects of every size, from a single product requirement through to large scale new build and refurbishment schedules, working alongside architects, contractors, procurement teams and facilities managers throughout the project lifecycle.
How long does a quote take to receive?
Most quotes are returned within one working day. For larger project schedules requiring detailed pricing or lead time confirmation, we will let you know when to expect a full response.
